Support for light / dark themes, Microsoft Win11 Build 25267 redesign application firewall application window

CTOnews.com, December 16 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Microsoft has released an update to Win11 Build 25267, which focuses on the visual design of the taskbar search box. In addition to updating the contents mentioned in the log, foreign technology media NeoWin also found that the application's Windows Firewall request network permission window has been redesigned in the new version, which is more modern and more comfortable.

CTOnews.com learned that the updated Windows Firewall prompt now looks similar to the modern user account control dialog, except that it is simpler in terms of functionality. The network and additional information about the application is now hidden behind the "Show more" link, and users need an extra click if they want to know more.

The window uses larger buttons and check boxes, making it easier to see on devices with smaller screens such as tablets and laptops. The window also supports light and dark modes.
