CTOnews.com, December 16 (Xinhua) Honda announced in September last year that it would be equipped with the Android Automotive, and now the company has announced that the first car equipped with the system is the 2023 Accord. CTOnews.com has learned that the 2023 Accord will go on sale in the United States next month and that Android Automotive will be included in the standard model.

The 2023 Accord has a built-in 12.3-inch center console, which Honda claims to be its brand's largest touch screen, with a column of virtual buttons on the left for home page, back, assistant, map, FM radio and smartphone screen (which supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay).

Honda has a variety of status bar icons in the upper right corner. The center console supports "Hey Google" voice control, and car owners can ask, "How far can I drive?" (how much longer can my car drive? ), the answer is: "your car should be able to drive another seven miles."

With Google Assistant, users can get their work done while focusing on the road and putting their hands on the steering wheel. Talk to Google, easily call or text friends, set reminders, and even change the temperature in the car. Users can also navigate to the next destination or find nearby content.
