Ele.me supports automatic matching services for riders at each stage, such as one-to-one teaching during the rookie period, tilting orders, increasing novice red packets, etc. During the rider's growth period, ele.me will provide advanced courses and training, conduct skills competitions, and provide higher rights and rewards In the mature period, ele.me will broaden the promotion channels and enrich the transfer channels for riders.

According to ele.me research, 35% of riders who have been in service for more than three years have been promoted, 45% of riders will be promoted to logistics manager as their next goal, and 8% of riders expect to become president of logistics service provider in the future.

Officials say it takes seven steps to move from rider to president:

Rider ➡️ stationmaster / captain ➡️ Distribution Manager ➡️ Regional Manager ➡️ City Manager ➡️ Regional Manager ➡️ Vice President ➡️
