Demand traction policy: self-controlled products can enjoy the priority selection rights of China Mobile.
R & D cooperation policy: rely on the "Lianchuang +" plan to set up joint laboratories, carry out new types of joint research and development, participate in the construction of national innovation cooperation platforms, and form teams to undertake national special projects.
Capital support policy: priority should be given to the National Natural Science Foundation, and the joint fund project for enterprise innovation and development should be given priority to be supported by the long chain Fund of China Mobile.
