Microsoft admits to 0xc000021a blue screen errors after some Win10 installation updates in December

Microsoft said the known problem was caused by a mismatch between the file versions of hidparse.sys in system32 and system32 / drivers in the Windows folder, causing signature verification to fail. Currently, functional updates from Win10 20H2 to Win10 22H2 are affected. Microsoft says it is fixing the problem.

Microsoft also shared a temporary fix:
