CTOnews.com December 21 news, Microsoft released this Tuesday Excel December 2022 new feature list, covering the web side, Windows side and macOS side. Among the new features introduced this month, the most notable is the IMAGE Function feature, which allows users to insert images directly into cells rather than floating on cell surfaces.

CTOnews.com learned that Microsoft says the images you insert fit better into the worksheet than float at the top. You can move and resize cells, sort and filter, and manipulate images in Excel tables.

Excel for Windows gets five new features, including Formula Suggestions, Formula by Example, Suggested Links, and Add Search Bar to Query Panel. Formula Suggestions Simply type the "=" symbol in the cell or formula bar to display automatic suggestions (SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, COUNTA, MIN, and MAX).
