CTOnews.com, December 21 (Xinhua)-- near the launch of the next generation C3 OLED TV, the LG 42-inch C2 OLED TV has dropped to $797 (about 5547 yuan), according to The Verge.

It is reported that consumers can now buy LG's 42-inch C2 OLED TV at Amazon, Best Buy, Blogh Photo and Target for $797, the lowest price since the product was launched.

LG launched 2022 C2 OLED TV series in China in April this year, and the 42-inch small screen model is currently priced at 8399 yuan in JD.com.

CTOnews.com learned that LG 2022 televisions come with a fifth-generation A9 processor and a new LG OLED Evo panel with a 20% increase in brightness. The HDMI port provides full HDMI 2.1functionality, using full 48Gbps bandwidth. In terms of parameters, the TV series is of 4K 120Hz specification and supports Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync; with 2.5GB memory and 8GB flash memory.

LG has now registered a 42-inch C3 OLED TV, which is expected to be released on CES next month.
