According to reports, AMD's upcoming Ruilong 7040 series of mobile processors is the latest product using Zen4 architecture, it supports DDR5 and LPDDR5X memory, the former supports DDR5-5200 frequency, the latter supports LPDDR5X-7500 frequency.
CTOnews.com learned that the latest LPDDR5X memory is now shipped on mobile phones at a frequency of up to LPDDR5X-8500 (8533).
In addition, according to All_The_Watts, there may be two versions of the AMD Zen4 architecture Ruilong 7000 "Phenix Point" series processors, one is a regular iterative version, and the other is a "heterogeneous" version.
