Wei Unicom released TS-1655 NAS: equipped with Intel Atom eight-core processor
CTOnews.com December 27 news, Wei Unicom has now released a new TS-1655 high-capacity 2.5GbE NAS, which can carry 12 3.5-inch hard drives and 4 2.5-inch SSD, equipped with Intel Atom 8-core processor.
CTOnews.com learned that WeiUnicom TS-1655 uses Intel Atom C5125 2.8 GHz 8-core processor, supports Intel QuickAssist hardware acceleration engine, built-in 8 GB DDR4 memory, can expand up to 128 GB, and four UDIMM memory slots can also install ECC memory; dual 25GbE expansion cards can be installed to provide sequential read / write speeds of up to 3499 MB/s and 2465 MB/s.
TS-1655 has two 2.5GbE RJ45 (2.5G / 1G / 100m) interfaces that support Port Trunking to provide load balancing and fault tolerance. In addition, TS-1655 supports SR-IOV, has 3 PCIe slots, and can flexibly configure a variety of expansion cards to add NAS applications.
