According to public information, Wang Hao joined the Baidu search department after graduating with a master's degree in 2008 and served as an architect and senior technical manager of Baidu's infrastructure department, deputy director of web search, and director of mobile applications.

After leaving Baidu, Wang Hao joined bilibili in May 2017 as general manager of the main station technology center, where he was responsible for some important technical updates and maintenance of bilibili. In August this year, Wang Hao left bilibili to join Zhaopin as CTO.
