CTOnews.com, December 29 (Xinhua) Microsoft released two feature updates for Win11 in 2022, with its first Version 22H2 (or 2022 Update) launched in September and the "Moment 1" update a month later. Foreign technology media Windows Central shared the new roadmap, indicating that Microsoft plans to launch three "Moment" updates in 2023.

CTOnews.com learned that specifically, the three "Moment" update estimates will be released at the following time:

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 2" is expected to be released in February / March 2023

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 3" is expected to be released in May / June 2023

Windows 11 23H2 "Moment 4" is expected to be released in September / October 2023

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 2"

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 2" is expected to be released in March next year. Moment 2 expects to reintroduce tablet mode, improve notification area (system tray), Windows Search, task manager, enable new pages for managing energy efficiency, full-screen widget windows, and so on.

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 3"

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 3" is expected to be released in June next year. It is not clear what new features will be available, but it is rumored to continue to improve Windows Search and provide a series of updates for dual-screen devices. The software giant should also replace existing mail and calendar applications with new Web-based Outlook clients.

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 4"

Windows 11 22H2 "Moment 4" is expected to be released in October next year. It is reported that the Moment update may be upgraded to Win11 23H2. Unlike Windows 11 22H2 and its extensive list of new features, Windows 11 23H2 is not updated much.
