According to relevant documents, several companies, such as Shanghai Xingjia Advertising Design Co., Ltd., Kunshan Jianbang Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., Anji Zhihang Logistics Co., Ltd., Chongqing Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd., Ningbo Nayuan Technology Co., Ltd., requested the court to seize and freeze Weima's total property worth about 130 million yuan. The court held that the application was in line with the provisions of the law and ruled to enforce it.

It is reported that in late December last year, Anji Zhihang Logistics Company asked the court to seal up and freeze the assets of the two companies (Weima New Energy Automobile sales (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Weima Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd.) worth 76.52 million yuan. The court ruled that the application of Anji Zhixing Logistics Company was in line with the provisions of the law and ruled to implement it.

It is worth noting that not long ago, Weima New Energy vehicle sales (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. also added an equity freeze information, the equity executed company is Sichuan Weima New Energy Automobile sales Co., Ltd., the equity amount is 22.866735 million yuan. The freeze period is from December 13, 2022 to December 12, 2025.

CTOnews.com noted that recently, there has been a lot of negative news from Weimar. In November 2022, Shen Hui, chairman of Weima Automobile, issued an internal letter saying that in response to financial pressure, he would reduce operating costs through a series of financial measures, including a voluntary salary cut for managers at the level of M4 and above and a 50% basic salary. Other employees pay 70% basic salary, cancel bonuses such as year-end bonuses, suspend car subsidies, and so on. At the end of November, Weimar was revealed to have started layoffs at its Shanghai headquarters and closed a number of stores at the same time.

Another domestic media reported that some Wenzhou citizens recently visited the Weimar Wenzhou factory and learned that there had been no orders in the factory for half a year, and that the factory was currently in a state of suspension, and the security guards had left and could only be replaced by the factory staff. Because of no performance, the on-the-job employees could barely survive with a basic salary of 1700 yuan a month.
