CTOnews.com, January 3, Intel today released the 13th-generation Core HX series of high-performance mobile processors with a basic power consumption of 55W, with specifications up to the level of 13th-generation Core Desktop processors, up to 24 cores and 32 threads, and Ruipi up to 5.6GHz.

CTOnews.com learned that the highest specification of the 13th generation Core HX series of mobile processors is 8 performance cores + 16 energy efficient cores, supporting DDR5-5600 and DDR4-3200 memory. This series of processors are not frequency locked and support memory XMP 3.0 overclocking. In terms of connectivity, the processor supports PCIe 5.0mm 16, has up to two independent Lightning 4 controllers, and supports Wi-Fi 6e and Bluetooth low power audio.

In terms of performance, Intel says its flagship model, i9-13950HX, can improve single-threaded performance by up to 11% and multitasking by 49%. The performance of the game can be improved by up to 12%.
