Intel sharp desktop graphics card roadmap exposed, releasing the second generation Battlemage series in 2024

CTOnews.com January 5 news, according to the RedGamingTech exposure of the two PPT roadmap, Intel sharp desktop alone will usher in the next generation of Battlemage products in 2024.

According to PPT, Intel will launch two new 150W Alchemist graphics cards, SKU4 (D23-P5) and SKU5 (D23-M3), both with 6GB 16Gbps memory, in the first quarter of 2023.

In addition, Intel will launch Alchemist+ architecture GPU in the third quarter of 2023, with 175W-225W TDP and 75-100W TDP versions.

In addition, the Ruixuan Battlemage series desktop graphics card also appears in PPT, using Xe2-HPG micro-architecture, including two GPU--BMG-G10 (up to 225W) and BMG-G21 (up to 150W). BMG-G10 's high-end GPU is scheduled to be launched in the second quarter of 2024 and BMG-G21 GPU at a later date.

CTOnews.com learned that PPT also disclosed the main details of the Battlemage architecture. The series will use improved ray tracing acceleration, micro-architecture improvements, and "next-generation" rendering technologies based on machine learning. PPT also confirmed that Xe2-HPG will target performance and enthusiast gaming.
