Asus releases a newly designed 16-inch notebook: full AMD configuration, narrow frame screen
CTOnews.com January 5 news, Asustek today released the newly designed TUF Gaming A16 game version, using a full AMD configuration, and equipped with a narrow frame screen.
On the screen side, the new TUF Gaming A16 features a 16-inch narrow-framed IPS panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1600, a refresh rate of 240 Hz, a response time of 3 ms,100% DCI-P3 gamut, and a choice of 1920 x 1200 resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, 7 ms response time and 100% sRGB gamut for AMD FreeSync Premium; support.
In terms of configuration, this laptop is equipped with AMD's latest Zen 4 mobile processor, up to Ryzen 9 7940HS, Radeon RX 7700S graphics card, 8 GB GDDR6 video memory, 32 GB memory support DDR5-4800, and 2 PCIe 4.0M.2 slots for up to 2 TB NVMe storage.
In other ways, the laptop pack comes with 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, 1 USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, a HDMI 2.1 video output, an audio Jack and a network port, and a USB4 interface. The note weighs 2.2kg, carries a 90Wh battery and has four built-in speakers.
At present, Asustek has not yet announced the price of the new TUF Gaming A16.
