CTOnews.com, January 5, Windows Virtual Desktop Helper is a virtual desktop gadget for Windows that helps users use virtual desktops more rationally to increase productivity. The app already supports Win10 and Win11 stable versions, and the recently released 1.8 update adds support for Win11 developer previews.

CTOnews.com learned that the foreign science and technology media NeoWin worked well when it tested version 1.8 in Windows 11 development channel Build 25247. The default location of the overlay is in the center (as shown in the following illustration), but people can move it up or down, left, or right in the settings. Options such as making the overlay translucent, adding gradient effects, and selecting the duration of the overlay are also available in the settings.
