According to NoteBookCheck, there is little difference between Legion Pro 7 and Lenovo Legion Pro 5 this year, with 16-inch 2560 x 1600 240Hz IPS panels, peak brightness of 500N, response time of 3ms and VESA DisplayHDR400 / X-Rite Pantone / Nvidia G-Sync / AMD FreeSync certification. The Legion Pro 5 model is also available with 165Hz refresh rate.

In terms of configuration, the new Legion Pro 7 is equipped with the AMD R9 7945HX flagship processor, while the Legion Pro 5 is available in lower-specification models such as R9 7845HX, R7 7745HX and R5 7645HX. In terms of graphics cards, Lenovo said that the series of notebooks will be optional RTX 40 GPU, the specific model is not mentioned.

In other aspects, Legion Pro 7 can be configured with up to 32 GB of 6000 MT / s factory overclocked DDR5 memory, Legion Pro 5 is 5600 MT / s memory that is not overclocked, and SSD can choose a 2 TB NVMe model.
