CTOnews.com January 6 news, Strategy Analytics released a report today that the automotive sector is one of Qualcomm's fastest-growing businesses. Qualcomm's car revenue reached about $1.5 billion (10.32 billion yuan) in the calendar year 2022, accounting for about 1/4 of the sector's total revenue.

▲ Touyuan: according to the Strategy Analytics report, auto revenue will grow at a compound annual growth rate of 25 per cent to more than $9 billion (about 61.92 billion yuan) by 2031.

Qualcomm reported revenue of $44.2 billion (about 316.472 billion yuan) in fiscal 2022, up 32% from a year earlier, and net profit of $12.936 billion (about 92.622 billion yuan), up 43% from a year earlier.

CTOnews.com learned that Qualcomm had expected revenue of $9.2 billion (about 63.296 billion yuan) to $10 billion (about 68.8 billion yuan) in the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
