CTOnews.com, January 8 (Xinhua)-- Disney unveiled a Mickey Mouse-shaped smart speaker called Magical Companion on CES 2023.

▲ source The Verge, the same speaker with Amazon Alexa-based voice assistant, can summon a variety of Disney characters-including classic Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucasfilm characters-to help users with common voice assistant tasks (timing, alarm clock, weather), as well as storytelling, playing games and other entertainment.

Users can use Hey Disney! With a password to wake up the voice assistant, Disney's classic characters will randomly appear and respond to user commands.

CTOnews.com has learned that the Disney Magical Companion smart speaker will be available in 2023 and that no pricing has been announced.
