Nvidia RTX 40 notebook GPU performance revelation: 4050 is slightly better than 3060, 4060, close to 3070
CTOnews.com January 9 news, Nvidia recently released the RTX 40 series of notebook GPU, including RTX 4050 to RTX 4090. Now, the well-known blogger "Aula Pig Wang" has exposed the performance level of the RTX 4050, 4060 and 4070 models.
According to reports, the performance of RTX 4050 is 7% stronger than RTX 3060, while RTX 4060 is 24% stronger than RTX 3060, slightly weaker than RTX 3070, RTX 4070 is 37% stronger than RTX 3060, and 5% stronger than RTX 3070 Ti.
In terms of parameters, the RTX 4070 laptop GPU has 4608 CUDA cores, a frequency of up to 2175 MHz, and a 128bit wide 8GB GDDR6 display memory. RTX 4060 GPU has a 3072 CUDA core, a GPU frequency of up to 2370MHz, and a 8GB 128bit GDDR6 video memory.
For comparison, the old RTX 3070 GPU has a 5120 CUDA core with 8GB 256bit memory, while the old RTX 3060 GPU has a 3840 CUDA core with 6GB 192bit memory.
