Volvo EX90 debuts on CES, powered by Google's native Android
CTOnews.com January 10 news, at CES 2023, just completed the world premiere of the new all-electric flagship SUV Volvo EX90 debut CES, the new car at Luminar and Google booth respectively.
Volvo says the EX90 is equipped with Luminar lidar technology, which can detect up to 600 meters, 250 meters at a reflectivity of 10%, and even see tires 120 meters away.
CTOnews.com understands that Volvo EX90 car system uses Google native Android system. At the show, Volvo Cars and Google jointly launched Google HD Maps, making Volvo Car Group the first car company to carry Google HD Maps.
Volvo Cars was listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm Exchange in 2021. According to the data, Volvo Cars 'annual revenue in 2021 reached 282 billion Swedish kronor (about 183.3 billion yuan), operating profit of 20.3 billion Swedish kronor (about 13.1 billion yuan), and global sales reached 698693 vehicles.
