CTOnews.com, January 14, Nvidia released the RTX 40 series notebook GPU on CES earlier this month, including RTX 4050 to RTX 4090 models. Games with RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 high-end GPU will be the first to go on sale, starting on February 1 and February 8.

CTOnews.com learned that the RTX 4090 laptop GPU uses AD103 GPU,16GB memory with 9728 CUDA cores. RTX 4080 GPU has 7424 CUDA cores and 12GB video memory.

Nvidia says the Ada architecture makes new feverish notebook computers possible. Players can play around the game at the speed of 60FPS on three 4K monitors, fully empowering professional driving simulation games. Creators can use NVIDIA Omniverse to design 3D with complete physical properties, lighting, and material simulations at a 4K resolution. Anchors can use AV1 to broadcast games on Discord at 4K 60FPS, and Ada's new dual encoder can cut the video export time in half.

According to Nvidia, the new generation of laptops, powered by the GeForce RTX 4090 and 4080 GPU, are up to three times more efficient than the previous generation of flagship laptops, allowing users to play games with unprecedented performance and speed, and to help creators finish creative work quickly, all in a slim form factor.

Nvidia said the suggested retail price of the RTX 40 series of flagship laptops starts at 15999 yuan.
