Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com January 16 news, Guangying Dentsu (Silicon Power) now launched the UD85 series PCIe Gen 4 NVMe solid-state hard drive. This entry-level hard drive is more cost-effective and is available in 250GB, 500 GB, 1TB and 2 TB versions.

UD85 is based on PCIe 4.0 and NVMe 1.4 protocols, equipped with SLC cache, supports memory buffer (HMB) technology, and has a sequential read speed of 3600 MB/s and a sequential write speed of 2800 MB/s.

In addition, UD85 supports low-density gap check (LDPC) code for accurate data transmission and reliable data access, while running in RAID mode protects data from drive failures, and has built-in E2E data protection and automatic error correction (ECC) for consistent data transfer.

CTOnews.com reminder that Guangying Dentsu also provides SP Toolbox software, which can check hard disk data such as SMART and wear degree, and also provides functions such as running diagnostic tests and safely erasing data.

It is worth mentioning that the SSD does not have a radiator and will offer a five-year warranty.
