Foreign media tests found that Intel's 13th-generation Core non-K processor no longer supports ultra-external frequency.
CTOnews.com, January 20, Intel released 13 generations of core 65W non-K-series processors earlier this month. Foreign media Tom's hardware test found that this series of processors no longer support ultra-external frequency like the 12th-generation Kruifei K series.
CTOnews.com has reported that MSI last year launched a B660M MORTAR MAX motherboard for 12-generation Kuirefei K-series processors, which is equipped with an overclocking engine, or clock generator, which allows CPU to unleash more potential. According to official tests, this motherboard can overclock i5-12400 to 5.3GHz, improving performance by 24%.
Although the 13th-generation Core non-K processor no longer supports ultra-external frequency, MSI has launched the B760M MORTAR MAX motherboard, which still carries a clock generator.
