CTOnews.com, January 21, after blocking third-party Twitter clients, Musk tweeted today that he would introduce a "new" feature. In fact, these "new" features are not new. They have been online for some time before, but they have been withdrawn because the results are not very good.

CTOnews.com learned that Musk had announced the fixed list feature in his tweet and described the three steps needed to enable it. In fact, this feature was launched as early as 2019, but users did not use it frequently, and eventually Twitter returned to the normal timeline.

While it sounds great to create different timeline content based on a specific topic, Twitter's previous attempts have not been successful. Twitter, which was acquired by Musk, still uses algorithm-based recommendations as the default timeline, rather than chronological order.
