CTOnews.com understands that McDonald's Swedish marketing director Staffan Ekstam said:

We think restoring old McDonald's offers and allowing "time travel" is a good and interesting idea, especially now that consumers are price-sensitive. We want people to take this opportunity to go back in time and enjoy McDonald's moments just like they did in 2009.

Naturally, this video is only a time-limited promotion for McDonald's. KFC has held similar activities many times in China. It's just that McDonald's promotion in Sweden is more creative and more attractive to users.
