The handling of international railway intermodal transport of vehicles for new energy commodities shall comply with the relevant provisions such as the regulations on the Carriage of dangerous goods in Annex No. 2 of the International Railway Freight Transport Agreement of the Railway Cooperation Organization.

When consignment of new energy commodity vehicles, the shipper shall provide the ex-factory certificate of automobile products of new energy commodities (the export of new energy commodity vehicles is not subject to this restriction), and the certificate shall be consistent with the actual consignment of new energy commodity automobile products.
Battery charge state and fuel tank state. The power battery charge state of new energy commercial vehicles shall not exceed 65%. The fuel tank hole cover of the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle is closed, there is no leakage and leakage, and the fuel shall not be filled or extracted in the process of railway transportation.
When shipping new energy commercial vehicles, they shall not carry spare batteries and other batteries except the assembled batteries. In addition to the necessary items provided by the factory, other items shall not be loaded or carried in the interior of the new energy commodity vehicle and in the trunk.
