CTOnews.com news on February 3, after the foreign science and technology media 9to5Mac reported that there are many BUG in the macOS Ventura notification system, another media MacRumors also pointed out that there is another BUG in its notification system: every time a user starts Mac, even if the user has disabled the relevant process, macOS will still send a reminder to the user and notify the user of various applications running in the background.

After users disable the notification preview function through system Settings-> Notification-> display Preview path, users will still receive a large number of "Login Items" notifications after turning on Mac.

If the user enables notification preview, the notification system displays "Background Items Added" and contains "[App / process name] adds a project that can be run in the background. You can manage it in the login project settings."

Oddly enough, there is no option in the system Settings-> General-> login entry to remove backstage items that installed applications add to macOS. Users can only disable the listed items through the toggle switch. However, this does not seem to have an impact on notifications and may in some cases lead to more notifications.

CTOnews.com learned from Reddit, Twitter, and Apple support community discussions that the application processes with the largest number of notifications are Google Updater, Adobe CC Helper, and Dropbox. Basically, however, third-party background processes may appear in login notifications.

There is still no way to resolve this notice. In a few cases, Apple's macOS may notify users even if they uninstall the app.
