In terms of specifications, Alphacool's new Core Soft thermal pad is available in two performance grades, with thermal conductivity of 6.2W / mK and 9W / mK, and five thicknesses of 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm.
