Samsung's recent update caused GalaxyWatch 5amp 4 to return to sleep immediately after "raising the wrist and shining screen".

CTOnews.com February 4 news, according to foreign technology media 9to5Google reports, Samsung recently released firmware updates to Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 4. But after the user updates, the feedback appears "raise the wrist to brighten the screen", the watch immediately locks itself and returns to sleep.

Samsung officials have not acknowledged the problem, nor do they know exactly how many Samsung Galaxy Watch users have been affected.
