Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Rimi Ishihara Happiness, Xiao Zhan cut clue delivery! CTOnews.com, February 5 (Xinhua)-- according to Xiaoli help, a Minsheng channel of Henan TV, some blind users reported that Apple's iPhone made a mistake when it used the narrator to broadcast the payment.

According to reports, the well-off in Puyang, Henan Province is a blind man who works in the massage industry. He uses iPhone 14 Pro Max because he can't see. There will be an error when he uses the narration function to collect payment. At the scene, he used Wechat to transfer 158yuan to others, but his voice broadcast 150yuan. When he received the transfer of 100yuan, his voice broadcast 130.300 yuan, and some of the amount was normal. Many blind people reported that they had encountered this situation. Reporters use two different models of iPhone test, using Wechat and Alipay transfer, there are individual amounts of voice broadcast errors.

In response, Apple's official customer service in China responded: if there is a misreading, it is different, and there is indeed such an abnormality. Now you have relevant feedback on this question, and then you (the user) will make an upgrade and submit it to the engineering department for follow-up. Reply on Tuesday at the latest.

CTOnews.com learned that it was Apple's "narration function" that went wrong, not Wechat or Alipay's own voice broadcast function. Narrator is a gesture-based screen reader built by Apple that allows you to use iPhone when you can't see the screen. The narrator will give an audio description of the screen, from battery power, incoming call information to the App where your finger is located, and you can adjust the reading rate and tone as needed, which allows many blind people to use their phones smoothly. However, the use of narration function to broadcast Wechat, Alipay money transfer errors, it will indeed bring a lot of trouble.
