Ideal Automobile Beijing Shunyi Intelligent Manufacturing Base will be fully put into production at the end of the year: the first pure electric model will be produced.

CTOnews.com, February 5, according to the Beijing News, Beijing Shunyi Intelligent Manufacturing Base, located in Shunyi District, Beijing, resumed work on February 1 and will be fully put into production by the end of this year.

CTOnews.com learned that the Beijing Green Intelligent Factory of ideal Automobile will start construction in October 2021. The whole project has an investment of more than 6 billion yuan and is scheduled to be put into production by the end of 2023. After putting into production, the first phase will achieve an annual production capacity of 100000 pure electric vehicles.

It is reported that ideal Automobile Beijing Shunyi Intelligent Manufacturing Base is expected to complete factory production qualification access in April, ideal first pure electric platform product off the line in July, and formal mass production in September.

Delivery data show that in January 2023, ideal delivered a total of 15141 new cars, an increase of 23.4% year-on-year. Since delivery, the cumulative delivery of ideal cars has reached 272475. As of January 31, 2023, ideal Automobile has 296 retail centers across the country, covering 123 cities.
