Beijing, February 7 (Xinhua)-- according to the Wall Street Journal, in the latest Top 250 Management rankings, seven companies were rated as "all-Stars" for their outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength. Apple topped the list of "all-Stars". The other six companies are MasterCard, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Accenture and Visa.

The ranking of all-Star companies and their overall rankings, published by the Drucker Institute (Drucker Institute), measures corporate effectiveness in terms of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength. The ranking is based on 34 data provided by 14 third-party sources.

Apple ranks the highest and second among the latest all-Star companies, making it its fifth appearance in six years. Only Procter & Gamble, which ranked 11th in total, has been selected as an all-Star for six years in a row.

It is worth mentioning that Microsoft ranked highest overall for three years in a row, but it was not selected as an all-Star because it did not meet the criteria in terms of customer satisfaction. But it ranks in the top 10 in all other projects, including the highest score in innovation.
