Guoxuan Tech said the two sides would explore opportunities for cooperation, including joint ventures to build 40GWh capacity in Europe, to promote changes in power batteries and energy storage. According to the agreement, the two sides will discuss cooperation in manufacturing, technological research and development and other fields.

According to the agreement seen by CTOnews.com, in the field of cell manufacturing, the two sides will jointly explore the construction of 40GWh cell and Pack factory in the form of joint venture. In the field of technical cooperation, cooperation will be based on the respective advantages of the two sides in the fields of lithium iron phosphate and ternary batteries. In the field of energy storage, the two sides will jointly explore the potential of energy storage battery production based on InoBat's existing plant in Slovakia, so as to open up the European market as soon as possible.

In addition, the two sides are also committed to establishing technical and commercial cooperation in facility operation, and jointly explore the feasibility of recycling waste and scrapped batteries.
