CTOnews.com, February 7 (Xinhua)-- the fourth season of the Netflix series Umbrella Academy has now been officially filmed, and the fourth season is the last season of the series.

The Umbrella Academy series, adapted from comics of the same name, launched its first season on February 15, 2019 and aired its third season in June 2022.

In terms of the plot, the alien "single Mirror" adopted six children with superpowers and set up an "Umbrella College" for education. After adulthood, these children were reunited because of the death of their adoptive father, learned that the end of the world was about to happen, and decided to work together to prevent doom.

According to foreign media reports, the final season of "Umbrella Academy" will have six episodes, filmed in Toronto and expected to end on May 19.
