On February 1 this year, Netease Blizzard game customer service team issued "Net Easy on Blizzard game product operation expiration open refund instructions" for Blizzard game players, announced the opening of players in "Blizzard game products" has been charged but not consumed virtual currency or not expired game service refund application channel.

It is reported that the deadline for submitting refund applications is June 30,2023, and players who fail to submit refund applications before the deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily waived relevant rights and interests.
