According to the platform, Ms. Wei's account will be unblocked automatically at 21:25:11 on February 13, 2023, but in order to avoid being blocked again, Ms. Wei needs to remove some less commonly used equipment before then. If she wants to watch immediately, she can choose to upgrade to Super Film and Television SVIP, thus raising the device usage limit and unblocking it immediately.

Ms. Wei said that she had been a member of Tencent for four or five years in a row, during which time she had watched videos on multiple devices at the same time, but this was the first time she had been blocked directly and was very confused.
