Tencent video customer service responded that the same Tencent video VIP account can only be used on up to 5 devices, and the same Tencent video VIP account can be watched on up to 2 devices at the same time. According to Tencent video account protection rules: if it is used beyond the above range, the account will be automatically blocked once verified by the system. If you receive a ban alert or have been banned, please log out of your non-personal device or change your account password as soon as possible to avoid being banned or banned again.

The first time the ban is blocked is 30 minutes. The unblocking methods include: unblocking immediately after verification of mobile phone number; non-SVIP users can open SVIP to unblock immediately; waiting for the unblocking time to automatically unblock. The second ban was extended to one day and the third to seven days. After the same account is unsealed for many times, Tencent will permanently block the account according to the platform rules and relevant agreements after verification by the system, and has the right to withdraw the VIP qualification of the account.
