According to news from CTOnews.com on February 15, Tesla's Berlin super factory in Germany started production about two months ago and has been increasing its production capacity, producing more than 3000 vehicles a week. However, in response to numerous media reports of staff shortage and chaotic working conditions at the factory, Tesla shared a series of internal videos on his official Twitter account.

Tesla said in an official tweet that the Berlin super factory used a large number of robotic arms, which not only greatly increased car production, but also better protected the safety of employees.

Tesla showed a 7300-ton stamping assembly line that can be used to punch 13 different body panels of an electric SUV, producing a total of 16 parts per minute. CTOnews.com also learned from the tweet that the chassis parts of the rear chassis of the car body were cast in a single piece of custom aluminum alloy, replacing more than 70 metal parts.

Last but not least, a video on the final assembly line shows more than 20 automated workstations and more than 1000 shift workers equipping Tesla Model Y with other electrical components such as electric transmission, seats and HVAC systems.
