CTOnews.com, February 16 (Xinhua)-- Game developer GSC Game World announced today that it will increase the price of the "Stalker 2: heart of Chernobyl" Ultimate Edition by $40 in order to maintain the collection quality of the game at an ideal level during these turbulent times.

The game developer said that due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, more than 200 developers and their families have been evacuated to Prague, and more than 130 people remain in Ukraine.

Stalker 2: the Heart of Chernobyl will be launched on Xbox and PC platforms in 2023. Game developer GSC Game World has not announced a specific release date, and Ultimate Edition is expected to accept pre-orders in many markets, including North America.

CTOnews.com reported last December that game developer GSC Game World released a live preview of "Stalker: heart of Chernobyl" (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornorbyl). More battle scenes are shown in the video, players can explore a variety of open worlds, inventory management systems return, and so on.
