CTOnews.com February 16, China Import Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Auto Trade") and Stellantis China signed a framework agreement in Beijing today to further enhance the strategic partnership between the two sides.

Stellantis China said that the signing of today's agreement is an important step for Stellantis China to systematically promote the direct marketing model of Jeep, Alfa Romeo and DS auto brands in China.

CTOnews.com learned that Stellantis Group brands include Abbas, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroen, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, Vauxhall, Free2move and Leasys.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Stellantis Group in China, Stellantis (Shanghai) Automotive Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the promotion, operation, management, sales and after-sales business of Jeep, Alfa Romeo and DS auto brands as well as Stellantis Group's global official auto parts MOPAR brand in China.
