But Apple has also begun to lay off employees, and has begun to attack employees of outsourcing companies. These outsourced employees are not regular Apple employees, but often participate in various projects with Apple employees. These employees 'contracts are usually renewed every 12 to 15 months.

According to foreign technology media On The Money, Apple directly fired Apple's outsourcing employees before the contract expired.

Apple does not disclose the number of contractors it works with, but that number could be in the thousands. These employees don't have stock options or health insurance and typically don't work at Apple Park.
