Innovative launch of the new 2230 SSD:2000MB/s, optional 512GB
CTOnews.com February 17 news, Chuangchuang launched a M.2 2230 NVMe M.2 SSD "MTE300S" in Japan, which is expected to go on sale in late February.
According to reports, this SSD capacity is optional 256GB and 512GB, the interface is PCI Express 3.0 (x4), uses 3D NAND, and supports SLC cache.
In terms of parameters, the SSD 256GB version has a sequential read speed of 2000MB/s, a sequential write speed of 950MB/s, a random read speed of 90k IOPS, and a random write speed of 220k IOPS. The sequential and random read-write speeds of the 512GB model are 2000MB/s, 1100MB/s, 90k IOPS and 190k IOPS, respectively.
The price of the original "MTE300S" is expected to be announced when it goes public in late February.
