CTOnews.com, February 19 (Xinhua)-- the Russian National Aerospace Group said the unburned wreckage of the Progressive MS-21 cargo ship leaked from the cooling system crashed into non-navigational waters of the Pacific Ocean, according to the Russian satellite news agency.

According to reports, the "Progress MS-21" spacecraft left orbit today, entered the atmosphere and disintegrated, and its unburned part crashed into non-navigational waters of the South Pacific.

The Progress MS-21 spacecraft detached from the space station 5:26 Moscow time on February 18. CTOnews.com learned that in order to determine the cause of the seal failure of the cooling system of the Progress MS-21, after the spacecraft left the space station, the astronauts switched to the spacecraft in the remote control operation mode and took more photos of the damaged parts.

Since no damage was found during the shooting, the original departure time of the spacecraft from orbit was delayed to analyze the information obtained. In the end, it was decided to let the ship crash into the sea.
