Since Apple launched the iPhone 12 series, the Pro model has been equipped with 6GB. TrendForce has previously said that the iPhone 15 Pro model may be equipped with 8GB memory, which will be expanded on top of the existing iPhone 14 Pro (6GB).

The standard iPhone 15 models will still use 6GB memory, but these two models will be upgraded to faster LPDDR5 memory.
