CTOnews.com February 22 news, Micron listed overseas the 2400 model of high-capacity M.2 2230 SSD, the capacity is optional 2TB.

According to reports, Meguiar this series of SSD supports PCIe 4.0 connection, using 176layer QLC NAND flash memory, one-sided mount, to achieve the large capacity of 2TB, with HMB cache function, in the absence of DRAM cache to support more than 4000MB/s high-speed transmission.

In terms of detailed parameters, the 2TB models of Meguiar's SSD series have sequential read-write performance of 4500MB/s and 4000MB/s, random read-write performance of 650000 IOPS and 700000 IOPS, and durability of 600TBW.

In terms of price, the Japanese price of the 2TB model of this series of SSD is 39980 yen including tax (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2043 yuan).
