CTOnews.com, February 23, NVMe M.2 SSD "MTE300S", a pioneering M.2 2230 form factor, is now available in Japan with a choice of 256GB and 512GB, priced at 7980 yen (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 409 yuan) and 9980 yen (currently about 2230 yuan).

According to reports, this SSD capacity is optional 256GB and 512GB, the interface is PCI Express 3.0 (x4), uses 3D NAND, and supports SLC cache.

In terms of parameters, the sequential read speed of this SSD 256GB version is 2000MB/s, the sequential write speed is 950MB/s, the random read speed is 90k IOPS, and the random write speed is 220k IOPS. The sequential and random read-write speeds of the 512GB model are 2000MB/s, 1100MB/s, 90k IOPS and 190k IOPS, respectively.
