Samsung expands its collapsible lineup and will launch four new series of phones / tablets, including Galaxy Z Flex

CTOnews.com, February 24, according to tweets shared by reliable sources RGcloudS, Samsung is actively expanding its collapsible lineup, adding four new series to its existing Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip.

RGcloudS said in a tweet that Samsung has adjusted its phone release strategy to further streamline its mid-and low-end series, such as Galaxy A, and move its phones towards high-end models as a whole. Samsung's preferred solution is to expand its existing lineup of collapsible phones.

Galaxy Z Flex:

The series will use a double folding design with three screens. The exact folding scheme is not clear, but Samsung has already been granted a number of patents in this area.

Galaxy Z Fold Ultra:

The series is an upgraded version of Galaxy Z Fold with a 4K resolution screen supplied by Samsung display (Samsung Display). The standard Galaxy Z Fold uses QHD resolution and the screen is supplied by BOE.

Galaxy Z Flip Ultra:

The series uses a 2K resolution screen supplied by Samsung display (Samsung Display). The standard Galaxy Z Flip uses FHD resolution and the screen is supplied by BOE.

Galaxy Z Tab:

The series is a foldable tablet that will provide more screen space. The exact screen size is not clear.

The revelations also mentioned that Samsung is about to launch a new mid-range series, Galaxy K, and will cancel the Galaxy S+ series.
