Jiaming Forerunner 965 watch sneak away: upgrade AMOLED screen, $599

CTOnews.com February 25 news, after the exposure of the Vietnamese retailer Happy Run, another retailer SwimOutlet secretly launched the Jiaming Forerunner 965product page on its website.

The page provides high-definition photos and promotional images of the Forerunner 965s. From the pictures, the Forerunner 965s use the same sensor array as the previous generation, and the screen material has been upgraded from MIP to AMOLED panel, further narrowing the screen frame.

The Forerunner 965s are equipped with larger start / stop buttons, which should be easier to trigger when exercising. The retailer also priced the smartwatch at $599.99 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 4176 yuan), confirming earlier leaks.

The SwimOutlet page does not provide a release date, but only shows that the Forerunner 965s are out of stock. I-Run has previously said that Garmin will launch Forerunner 265 and Forerunner 965 on March 2. But other sources believe the two watches are more likely to make their debut on March 14.
