CTOnews.com February 27 news, recently, Tianyi Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. has undergone a number of industrial and commercial changes, including new shareholders, China Power Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., China Chengtong Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Guoxin data Co., Ltd.; the company's registered capital increased from 4 billion to 4.764 billion yuan, an increase of more than 19.1%; at the same time, major personnel changes, adding a number of directors and supervisors.
CTOnews.com found that after the equity change, China Telecom held 83.96 per cent, China Guoxin 5.25 per cent, China Electric 5.25 per cent, China Chengtong 5.25 per cent and China Electronics 0.29 per cent.

Hu Zhiqiang is the legal representative, chairman and manager of Tianyi Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. the scope of business includes first-class value-added telecommunications services, second-class value-added telecommunications services, Internet information services, etc., once wholly owned by China Telecom Co., Ltd.
In December 2021, the signing and opening ceremony of the framework agreement on equity diversification reform of China Telecom Tianyi Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Beijing. At the meeting, China Telecom and China Telecom, China Electronics, China Chengtong, China Guoxin and other investors jointly signed the "Tianyi Yun Technology Co., Ltd. capital increase and share expansion framework agreement."
In July 2022, SASAC held a meeting to promote the deepening of specialization and integration of central enterprises. It is mentioned that China Telecom has introduced strategic investors from central enterprises, such as China Electronics, China Electric, China Chengtong and China Guoxin, to set up Tianyi Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., which has diversified shares, and actively promote the integration of cloud computing resources in central enterprises.
